By accessing or participating in any program or service (“Program”) provided by Scale Naturally Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Program Access
Access to our Programs is conditional upon full payment. Participation also requires compliance with these Terms.
2. Applications
We may accept or decline applications at our sole discretion and are not required to provide a reason.
3. Fees & Payments
Full payment is required before services begin.
Interest of 5% monthly (60% annually) applies to overdue balances.
Late payments beyond 7 days may result in termination and collections.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time, but the full fee remains payable. No refunds will be issued.
5. Refunds & Rescheduling
No refunds are provided once payment is made.
You may reschedule your Program with 30+ days' notice.
If canceled within 30 days, your fee may be credited toward future services (within 12 months).
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your results, business decisions, and well-being.
No results are guaranteed.
Our Programs do not replace therapy or legal, medical, or financial advice.
7. Disclaimer
We do not promise media exposure, sales, partnerships, or outcomes. There is no ongoing relationship unless otherwise agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are for your personal use only.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them.
We reserve the right to seek legal action for infringement.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to:
Keep all Program discussions and participant information confidential.
Not disclose our materials, systems, or business information.
Understand we may use anonymized client insights for consultation/training.
Acknowledge that absolute digital security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
No employment, partnership, or joint venture is created. We each operate as independent entities.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.
12. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest still applies. A failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from any legal claims, losses, or damages related to your participation, excluding cases of our gross negligence.
14. Insurance
We carry professional and general liability insurance. You may request a copy at any time.
15. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, minus expenses. We are not responsible for indirect damages or claims.
16. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to speak negatively or publicly criticize Scale Naturally Inc., its staff, or Programs.
17. Your Representations
You confirm you:
Are legally able to enter into this agreement;
Are not breaching any third-party contract by participating.
18. Assignment
You may not transfer this agreement to someone else without our written consent.
19. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. You’ll be notified of any changes, which apply going forward.
20. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
We’ll first attempt informal resolution.
If unresolved, we’ll use arbitration.

You are responsible for any legal fees related to unpaid balances.

22. Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of financial results.
Your results depend on your actions, resources, and commitment.
This Program is not a “get rich” scheme.
23. General Terms
These Terms override any prior agreements.
If any part is void or invalid, the rest still applies.
Modifications must be in writing and agreed to by both parties.
These Terms are governed by Alberta law.
